Cannoli Cake: This isn’t just cake; it’s a diplomatic mission between Italy and Las Vegas. Holy mascarpone! It’s got that rich, chocolate-chippy cannoli filling sandwiched between layers of cake so light it should be classified as a cloud. If a cake could sing opera, this one would be belting Puccini. It made me want to gesture dramatically with my hands after every bite.

Original Cheesecake: Absolute perfection. Dense, velvety, and so smooth it should have its own late-night jazz radio show. Most cheesecakes try too hard with swirls and toppings, but Freed’s original just sits there, completely confident in its own buttery, graham-cracker-crusted glory. It’s the kind of cheesecake that makes you want to cancel your plans, put on sweatpants, and ignore your phone.

Carrot Cake: I like to think of this as a salad because it has carrots in it, and honestly, the delusion makes it taste even better. It is incredibly moist, perfectly spiced, and holds enough cream cheese frosting to solve most of my personal problems. The tiny frosting carrots on top are a nice touch, giving me the false sense that I am practicing healthy habits while eating my weight in sugar. 10/10 would eat my vegetables this way every day.

Flourless Chocolate Cake (Gluten-Free): First of all, how is this gluten-free? Because usually, "gluten-free" means "tastes like cardboard," but this thing is basically a giant, rich, dense chunk of fudgy, chocolatey heaven. It’s so deep and luxurious it should require a permit to consume. It is decadent, fudgy, and absolutely unapologetic. It didn't need flour anyway—flour would have just held back its true calling as a chocolate black hole from which no appetite can escape.

The messy plastic wraps didn't stand a chance. If you see me wandering around Freed’s looking dazed, just know I’m trying to decide which of these to marry. Run, don't walk!

Ordered a chocolate flourless torte for a birthday party for Sunday that is gluten-free. It was the best and I mean the best flowerless cake we ever had definitely would order again and again and thank you for the extra touch by putting happy birthday.

I needed a quick cake to bring for my Grandson for his birthday. I loved that they already have premade cakes to purchase in snap.
