My last visit at Freeds was good. The line moved quickly, the cashier was polite and efficient.
The one change/improvement I would like to see is a
combination box of the different kinds of rugelach cookies.

Listen. I came to freeds with a poorly thought out idea. I was just like "I want this for my friend. Idk. Space, goth, I guess? But elegant" and they gave me the most gorgeous birthday cake for my bestie that I've ever seen. Absolutely magical.

My custom cake was not quite what I expected. It seemed very under done, ordered a 10 inch round and provided a picture of what I wanted, but obviously the 10 inch was bigger so the decorations were very understated, Cake was delicious, but very heavy with the extra layers of cake and bavarian cream.

Our birthday cake was beautifully made for a special granddaughter! Thank you for making her day extra special!

Their excellence on assisting in your ideas or look and flavors, super helpful and friendly fantastic customer services, we like all the stuff work there specially the mananger who have been working there for a very long time she knows her stuff which is very refreshing. I am sorry I didin’t get the name of the lady that took care of me, she was an angel! I was able to get the cake I wanted, and she made some excellent decorating suggestions. The Bride & Groom said it was the BEST Carrot cake they have ever had!

Freed's bakery was able to make a quality cake within a short notice and I made it on time for my son's birthday. The Cake itself tasted very good and I do recommend this bakery!
