Delicate almond cake brushed with Amaretto and filled with Amaretto Mousse. Iced in Freed's signature true European buttercream and topped with sugared almonds.
A popular cake flavor for those who enjoy almond or marzipan (though no marzipan is used in this particular cake). The sugared almonds give a delicious crunch and the amaretto mousse gives the cake a light kick that makes this dessert one of Las Vegas' favorites!

Some designs may utilize decoration that shows specific numbers, names, writing, etc. Please note on your order if you have specific ideas about what writing you'd like to see used on your cake, including numbers on poker chips or other items. I love Freed’s cakes — especially the Parisian Chocolate, which I always request for my birthday. It is to die for. But this year, I changed it to the Almond Amaretto, and I was not disappointed. It was so light and airy, and had the most subtle Amaretto and almond flavor. The candied Almonds was perfect. Everyone at the office raved about it. I said, yes, Freed’s has the best cakes! And the response was, “this is the best Freed’s cake!” You can’t go wrong with a Freed’s cake, but this Almond Amaretto was the absolute best. It’s good enough to be a wedding cake IMHO. I’m still dreaming about it and will order it again.
This cake was everything I hoped for and more! Moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet, just right. Every bite melted in my mouth, and the texture was soft and rich. It tasted homemade with a touch of bakery perfection. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just treating yourself, this cake is a must-try. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
I purchased this as a belated birthday gift for a friend who loved it! I am not an amaretto fan but this cake has converted me. The cake was so light and moist. Not too sweet. Very delicate amaretto flavor! The sugared almonds I would buy on their own. Highly recommend this cake! Will definitely buy again!!!
This is hands down one of my favorite cakes from my favorite bakery. You guys do it right - no corners cut - everything is always excellent and perfectly prepared.
We all know cakes go to waste at any party. I ordered a FULL sheet of this cake for our last son's Senior grad party. It was a HIT. People came back for 2nd, 3rds. Everything on this cake worked well together. I just ordered the same cake in a 8" round cake for my husbands promotion dinner. MONEY WELL SPENT.
I found this bakery online while researching wedding cake options. We live on the otherside of the country and had never been to Vegas. Freeds bakery had amazing reviews and we understood why. I called to ask some questions before ordering and the lady who answered was extremely patient and helpful. I ended up ordering online to have the cake delivered to the hotel restaurant for our reception. I was hesitant about everything going smoothly but there was no need. I promptly received confirmation of my order via email. My cake was delivered on time and was perfect. So tasty! There was not a piece left! Every guest asked where the cake was from and complimented us on such a tasty wedding cake. Cant thank Freeds’ Bakery enough for delivering the perfect finishing touch to our wedding day.
Can a birthday cake be delivered to William B's Steakhouse in the Suncoast Hotel and Casino? The date is April 11th, we have reservations for 6pm.

Do you have cakes available to puchase as walk-in customer or is pre-ordering required. Im planning to come in Sunday. Should I order in advance?
Great question! We do have cakes available for walk-in purchase, so you’re more than welcome to stop by on Sunday and see what we have in the case.
That said, if you’re looking for a specific cake, flavor, like the Cannoli Dessert Cake we do recommend placing an order in advance to ensure it’s here and ready for you when you arrive.
